For European scientists

Please download and complete the hotel booking form with the requested passport details, entry and exit dates from China by 25 April 2018. Xi'an University of Science and Technology (XUST) will send you a letter of invitation in support of your visa application to attend the Symposium. Please return the form by email to the point of contact indicated in the form. The hotel booking confirmation will also be sent to you by XUST.
